How the SUA success adds up to a win:
The first SUA campaign in 2016 turnout: 37,000 of 85,000 voted (Harris County) The second SUA campaign in 2018 with nine counties turnout: 44,000 of 122,000 voted --Impacted at least three races with positive outcomes for Texas Democrats --Helped avoid run-off elections In CD7, of the 8,169 women reached by SUA, 4,138 of them voted Blue! That's a 51% turnout rate, an unheard of response for a GOTV effort. SUA figured it out. SUA is expanding their strategy to key Texas counties
In 2020, SUA is expanding to 38 key Texas counties, representing almost 600,000 registered but not yet voting women. Adding at least half a million new liberal-leaning voters will change the course of politics across the state and the country!
