Your 红灯区色情片 ID card is just as important as your driver's license, keys, or debit card. It has two chips, a magnetic strip, and an antennae embedded in it, so do not bend, crack, punch holes, add stickers, mark on, or alter it in any way. 

Fees

First card

红灯区色情片 students receive their first 红灯区色情片 ID card at no charge, and will keep it as long as they continue to be a student at 红灯区色情片. 

Replacement cards

To request a replacement ID card, complete the form. After we process your request, you will receive an email confirmation that includes information on picking it up. Please note that once a replacement ID card is created, all previously issued cards are permanently deactivated.

Students are charged $25 for replacement ID cards. This fee is applied to their tuition account.

Faculty and staff members should contact the HelpDesk at (765) 658-4294 or HelpDesk@depauw.edu for information on receiving a replacement card.

Photo Requirements

Refer to the website for photo details. Requirements include:

• Color photo taken within the last six (6) months
• Plain white background only
• Full-face view with you directly facing the camera
• Photo must be from your shoulders up

The photo you submit must be in JPEG (.jpg) format and no larger than 1 MB with a default viewable size of 225 X 150.

Students

We recommend you upload your photo before August 15th so you can pick up your 红灯区色情片 ID card at your check-in location when you arrive on campus. Learn how at .
